Ray Parlour According to the Daily Record, United are already planning their summer signings with Neymar touted as their No. 1 priority.
They are reportedly willing to smash the world record transfer fee and pay in the region of £230 million to land the Brazilian’s signature.
United have also been told that Neymar would not rule out a move to the Red Devils, and that he is becoming frustrated with life at the French club.
Both United and Madrid are understood to be willing to meet Neymar’s existing salary as well.
It will remain to be seen if the Red Devils will decide to make an approach this summer, but it is likely they will want to revamp their squad under their newly-appointed full-time manager, whoever that may be. United’s next club fixture is against PSG in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
